Thank you for your order and becoming a Bytes Mobile customer. We are super excited that you have chosen Bytes as your wireless service provider!
By this time you should have already confirmed your device and phone number compatibility. If not, send us a message via the Messenger (icon on bottom right of our website) or e-mail us at sales@bytesmobile.com to confirm compatibility. If you have purchased a SIM only from Amazon or FB, the activation fee is waived but you need to pick and pay for a plan through our website prior to activation.
You will need the following information in order to activate service:
- SIM ID or ICCID (20 digit number on the front or back of the SIM)
- IMEI number of your phone
- Name and Address (if not on file)
- Phone Number that you are transferring
- Your current wireless service provider’s Account Number
- If your current wireless service provider requires a PIN/Passcode to Port-Out, call them and get this (they may or may not have one)
Step 4, 5 and 6 above are required only if you are transferring or porting-in an existing number. Skip these steps if you are not transferring an existing phone number.
