1. Place your order for the HighQ Monthly Plan
2. Update quantity while placing the order to match the number of lines you are activating
3. Reach out to us with the necessary information to activate service

Includes 1 month of service @ 30 days per month. This is a monthly subscription plan that auto renews each month. There are no partial refunds for this plan, cancellations take effect the following month on a use it or lose it basis. A 4G LTE/5G capable, unlocked and certified phone is required. Customers cannot direct transfer a phone or number that is currently active on Verizon or Verizon owned brands. You can transfer from all other carriers and MVNOs with a compatible device.

5G HighQ is high quality 5G connection that is not deprioritized wherever the 5G HighQ network coverage is available. Where coverage is not available, the service falls back to 5G/4G LTE or lower service.
