Pre-orders and Backorders: We are taking pre-orders on our website and several other marketplaces. These orders will have priority in being shipped first. Backorders will be shipped after pre-orders have been shipped. Check our website for current ETA of all pre-orders and backorders.
Handling and Processing Times: All orders (that are not pre-orders or backorders) will be processed within 4-30 business days. For all in stock items you will be notified of any delays in handling and processing times via email.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping for SIM Kit(s) is included in your purchase – it is FREE. There is no extra charge. All standard shipments are sent through USPS First Class Mail. We will notify you via email when your SIM kit(s) are shipped out.
Expedited Shipping: This shipping method including overnight or two days shipping is currently not available.
Marketplaces: Bytes Mobile’s SIM kit(s) are sold through various marketplaces. The marketplace will outline its own shipping policy and may offer expedited shipping. For all orders fulfilled through the marketplace’s fulfillment program (such as FBA), their shipping policy will take precedence over Bytes Mobile’s shipping policies. For all orders that are fulfilled by Bytes Mobile, this shipping policy will take precedence.
Returns Shipment: New and unused SIM kit(s) can be returned at the customer’s own expense via USPS First Class Mail or any other shipping method preferred by the customer. Used SIM kit(s) are non-returnable and no refunds will be issued. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In-person returns are not offered at this time. The $10 activation charge will not be refunded if a New or Unused SIM Kit(s) is not shipped back to us by the customer or we do not receive it back for any reason.
Damaged SIM Kit(s): If your SIM kit(s) arrives damaged, please email us at sales@bytesmobile.com. If the SIM is functional but the package is damaged, you can continue to use the same SIM. If the SIM is non-functional, Bytes Mobile will ship out a replacement SIM kit(s) at no expense to the customer. This policy is applicable when SIM(s) is damaged within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days of shipment, the Replacement SIM(s) policy below applies.
Replacement SIM(s): All SIM(s) or SIM Kit(s) replaced after 30 days of initial shipment will be assessed a $10 SIM replacement charge and charges for any expedited shipping if offered will be added on.
Activated SIM(s): Once activated, the SIM(s) or SIM Kit(s) do not need to be returned to Bytes Mobile. We recommend that you cut the SIM(s) and dispose off.
