1. Plan

2. Design

The blueprint from the Plan phase becomes the input for our digital twin module. The team uploads 3D models of their vans. The platform creates a virtual replica of the fleet, running thousands of simulations to test different sensor placements and data flow patterns. The output is a finalized design, confirming the best location for each sensor and a validated build plan for the field team.

3. Build

The validated build plan is sent to the field team. Our orchestration module guides technicians through a step-by-step process to install the hardware. It provisions cloud resources, orders hardware, and handles custom development and integrations. It provides real-time tracking of the physical build-out and automates the cloud-side configuration. The phase is complete when the physical build is verified and the cloud environment is ready.

4. Connect

With the hardware installed and the cloud prepared, it's time to go live. Our activation module automatically connects each device to the network. It validates the data streams from each sensor (GPS, accelerometer, fuel level), ensuring everything is communicating correctly, and generates a real-time connectivity status dashboard.

5. Operate

Evolving your deployment with a versioned approach

Your platform deployment is a living project. We use a versioned approach, starting with V1, and then updating the relevant phases with new inputs to create V2, V3, and beyond. This ensures your project can grow without being rebuilt from scratch.

Scenario: adding a route planning feature (V2)

After the initial V1 deployment, the customer wants to add an advanced route planning feature to further reduce fuel costs.

  • New inputs: The customer provides new goals (e.g., "optimize for real-time traffic") and new constraints (e.g., "integrate with a specific mapping API").
  • Updating the phases:
    • Planning module: The platform's planning logic is rerun with the new inputs, generating a new plan for V2 that includes the necessary software and API integrations.
    • Digital twin module: The Digital Twin simulates the new AI agent's logic to confirm optimal performance with real-time map data.
    • Build/connect: The platform configures the new API connections in the cloud and integrates the driver-facing app.
  • Result: A new version of the deployment, V2, is released, which includes all the original functionality plus the new route planning feature, seamlessly integrated into a driver-facing app.

Building on V2, the customer now wants to add a biometric system to improve vehicle security.

  • New inputs: The new goals include enhanced security and the new input is the hardware—a biometric sensor.
  • Updating the phases:
    • Planning module: The platform's planning logic is updated with the V3 goals, generating a revised plan that includes the new hardware and AI agent.
    • Digital twin module: The Digital Twin simulates the new biometric data streams to test the access control logic.
    • Orchestration module: The platform's Orchestration tool provides new instructions to technicians for the physical installation of the biometric sensors on the existing fleet.
  • Result: A new version, V3, is deployed. It includes all the features from V2 and the new biometric security system. The entire process is managed within the unified platform, ensuring consistency and predictability.
